IPTV subscription plans

Three packs, four durations and one simple set of rules: compare our plans and pick the one that fits your household.

IPTV Canada team · 23 min read · updated October 20, 2026
IPTV subscription plans

Every plan combines one of three packs (Premium, VIP Premium or Ultimate 4K) with a duration of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.

Payment is a single charge in Canadian dollars, by card or PayPal, with nothing that renews by itself and nothing to sign. Each product page shows today's prices; our price page explains how to read them.

One stream plays at a time on each pack. Your login can live on every TV, box and tablet in your home, taking turns; support handles requests for more screens playing together.

This page is your map to every IPTV subscription Canada option we offer: three packs, four durations and one short list of honest rules. You will see what each pack contains, how long you can subscribe for, what your home needs before you order, how payment works, what happens in the first hour after checkout and what to do when your period ends. We never print prices in articles, because they would go stale; current prices are always on each product page, and our page on the IPTV Canada price explains how to compare them.

We built these plans for Canadian households of every kind: a student in a shared apartment in Halifax, a family in a Calgary suburb, a bilingual home in Gatineau that switches between English and French content, or a retired couple in a Victoria condo who want a clean TV guide on the big screen. The logic stays the same for everyone. You choose what you want to watch, you choose how long you want it, and you pay once.

Every plan page in one place

Each page in this section answers one specific question about our plans. Use them to go deeper before you order, or come back later when your period is ending and you are deciding what to do next.

The plans section sits next to the rest of the site. Once you have chosen, the IPTV setup hub explains how to enter your login, the IPTV devices hub covers each device family, and the IPTV apps hub compares the players. Plans, devices and players are three separate choices; making them in that order keeps things simple.

How an IPTV subscription Canada plan is built

Every plan is made of two choices. The first is the pack: it sets how big your catalogue is and how much of it comes in 4K. The second is the duration, which decides how many months of access you buy in a single payment. Three packs times four durations gives twelve possible combinations. That sounds like a lot, but in practice most people narrow it down in a minute or two once they know what each pack is for.

Whichever of the twelve you pick, a few things never move: one stream at a time per pack; a login e-mailed to you minutes after checkout, either as a server address with a username and password (Xtream Codes) or as a single M3U playlist link; compatibility with the main IPTV players and with the devices most Canadian homes already own; help every day of the week by e-mail and WhatsApp, in English or French; and no contract, no automatic renewal and nothing added at checkout that you did not choose. What changes is the catalogue size, the 4K focus and the length of your access.

Tip: decide on the pack first, then the duration. The pack is about what you watch every day; the duration is mostly about budget and how sure you are that the service suits your home.

Comparing the three catalogues

Live TV, series and films come with every pack, and the TV guide is organised the same way in each compatible player. The difference is depth and quality. The table below uses only the figures published on each product page.

Read the table by asking what your household does most. Mostly live TV in the evening, with a film at the weekend: the Premium Pack covers it. Always a series on the go, or several people with different tastes: the VIP Premium Pack, with the largest series library of the three. A recent 4K TV, a 4K-capable device and a strong connection: the Ultimate 4K Pack, built around 4K content and with the largest movie library.

Premium Pack: the solid everyday choice

Premium Pack IPTV channel list open on a living room TV
The Premium Pack: a large live line-up and a deep on-demand library.

Who it suits

The Premium Pack suits most households that want a large live line-up and a deep on-demand library without paying for extras they will never open. News, sport, children’s programmes and international content are all there, with picture quality from HD up to 4K according to what each source provides. Evenings of live TV and a film or two at the weekend: this is your starting point.

  • A library of 100,000+ films and 24,000+ series beside 20,000+ live channels
  • Quality from HD up to 4K, source by source
  • Comfortable on every supported device, even modest ones
  • A good first pack if you are new to IPTV

The Premium Pack is also the easiest catalogue for modest devices to load. A smaller list of channels means a lighter TV guide, quicker scrolling and less storage used on a stick or an older smart TV. Households that start with Premium and later want more series can move to VIP Premium when their period ends; nothing ties you to the first choice. See current prices for each duration on the Premium Pack product page.

VIP Premium Pack: for heavy series watchers

VIP Premium Pack series library shown in an IPTV player on a TV
The VIP Premium Pack adds channels and, above all, a much larger series library.

Who it suits

The VIP Premium Pack adds more channels and a much larger series library. It is the natural pick for homes where someone always has a show on the go, or where several people with different tastes share the same account, one screen at a time. Bilingual households often like the extra variety, since the series library leaves more room for content in both English and French.

  • 61,000+ series to binge, 155,000+ films and 27,000+ live channels
  • Picture from HD up to 4K
  • Best on a box, an Apple TV or a recent smart TV with room to spare
  • A strong choice for families with varied tastes

A larger catalogue means a heavier TV guide and longer lists to load, so the VIP Premium Pack is most comfortable on a device with decent memory and storage. On a modest stick it still works; hiding the groups you never watch keeps menus responsive. See current prices on the VIP Premium Pack product page.

Ultimate 4K Pack: when picture quality comes first

The Ultimate 4K Pack is designed around 4K content, with 57,000+ 4K channels, 47,000+ series, the largest movie library of the three at 179,000+ titles, and a network of 20 servers in Europe. It makes sense if you own a recent 4K television, a 4K-capable streaming device and a connection that can hold 25 Mbps for that screen comfortably. If any of those three pieces is missing, the Premium or VIP Premium Pack will usually give you a better experience for your money.

The Ultimate 4K Pack pays off when

  • Your TV and your streaming device both support 4K
  • The TV is wired to the router, or on strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi
  • A speed test on the TV holds 25 Mbps in the evening
  • You watch a lot of films and want the largest movie library

Think twice when

  • Your TV or device is limited to Full HD
  • The connection dips below 25 Mbps at your viewing hour
  • The main screen is a tablet or a small bedroom TV
  • You mostly watch series, where VIP Premium has the bigger library

Before choosing it, check every link in the chain: TV, device, HDMI cable and port, and connection. Our 4K IPTV guide walks through each one. See current prices on the Ultimate 4K Pack product page.

Picking how many months to buy

Any of the three packs can be bought for a single month, three, six or twelve. The whole period is settled in one Canadian-dollar payment, and access just stops on the last day. Nothing is charged again unless you decide to place a new order. To compare durations fairly, divide each price shown on the product page by its number of months; the price page walks through that calculation.

1·3·6·12month options per pack

1 monthChecking the service on your own devices, a short stay, a student termYou reorder when it ends if you want to continue

6 monthsHouseholds that are satisfied and want fewer renewalsCovers a full season of evenings at home
12 monthsSettled households that want one payment for the yearOne order, then nothing to think about until next year

If you are new to IPTV, a short duration lets you confirm that your internet connection, your device and your favourite player all work well together. Once you are happy, a longer plan means fewer orders to place. For the shortest option, read about the 1-month IPTV subscription; for the longest, the 12-month IPTV subscription page explains who benefits most from a full year.

Where to see current prices

We deliberately keep amounts out of our articles. Prices can change, and a figure copied into a guide would soon be wrong. Instead, the current price for every pack and every duration is shown in Canadian dollars on the product pages, at the moment you choose. That is also the price you pay at checkout, with nothing added afterwards.

How to compare in two minutes

Open the product page of the pack you are considering. Note the price for each duration. Divide each one by its number of months to get a cost per month. Then compare the cost per month with how sure you are about your setup: a short plan if you still want to test, a longer one if you already know the service works well in your home. Our IPTV Canada price page explains this step by step and lists what is, and is not, included.

The three product pages are the Premium Pack, the VIP Premium Pack and the Ultimate 4K Pack. Player apps are separate: some publishers ask for a licence or sell premium features, and since we have no tie to those publishers, the app’s official website is where its current price lives. Those are the only two places costs appear: our product pages for the subscription, the publisher’s site for the player.

Matching an IPTV subscription Canada plan to your household

To make the choice concrete, here are a few hypothetical households, not real customers, and the plan that would usually suit each one. Use them as starting points, then adjust for your own screens and connection.

Imagine a couple new to IPTV in a Winnipeg apartment

One smart TV, a tablet, and no idea yet whether the Wi-Fi reaches the living room well.

Then: Premium Pack for 1 month, then a longer period once everything works
Imagine a family of four in a Halifax house

Parents on live TV, teenagers on series, everyone at different hours.

Then: VIP Premium Pack for 6 or 12 months, one screen at a time
Imagine a film lover in a Vancouver condo

A new 4K TV wired to the router and a 4K box.

Then: Ultimate 4K Pack, after a speed test on the TV
Imagine a student in a Québec City shared flat

A laptop and a small TV for one term.

Then: Premium Pack for 1 or 3 months, matching the term
Imagine a bilingual household in Ottawa

French news for one partner, English series for the other, often at the same hour.

Then: VIP Premium Pack, plus a question to support about an extra screen
Imagine a rural home on fixed wireless in Saskatchewan

Evening speed tests hover around 15 Mbps.

Then: Premium Pack in Full HD, with HD on stormy nights

Notice that the pack follows what the household watches, and the duration follows how confident it is. Where you live matters only through your connection; our IPTV across Canada section has city and province guides if you want advice for your area.

If none of these sketches looks like your home, start from two questions. Which kind of content does the household reach for most evenings: live TV, series or films? And how confident are you that your Wi-Fi and your device are ready? The first answer points to a pack, the second to a duration. A one-line message to support with both answers is enough for support to suggest a combination.

One connection per pack: the honest rule

Every pack comes with 1 simultaneous connection: at any instant, a single stream runs on your account. Installing the login on lots of devices is no problem. The smart TV downstairs, a stick on the bedroom set and the kitchen tablet can all hold it and take turns. Two of them playing together is the one thing the rule does not allow.

If your household needs more than one screen playing at once, contact our team through the contact page. Support will explain the conditions and the price for additional simultaneous screens. There is no ready-made multi-screen package on our site; the right answer depends on how many people in your home watch at the same hour. For the device-by-device details, see IPTV on multiple screens.

Important: a login belongs to one household. Handing it to anyone who lives at another address breaks the one-connection rule, causes interruptions for everyone and can lead to the account being suspended. Keep your access details private, the same way you would a banking password.

What your home needs before you subscribe

An IPTV service is only as good as the connection and the device it runs on. Before you choose a plan, take two minutes to check your setup. The recommended speed applies per screen, so add the figures together if you plan to request several simultaneous screens later.

Recommended speed per screen

HD10 Mbps
Full HD15 Mbps
4K25 Mbps

Measure the speed on the screen you will really watch, at your normal viewing hour. A wired Ethernet connection or a strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi signal makes a real difference, especially for 4K. Compatible hardware covers Google TV and Android TV boxes, Apple TV, the Fire TV Stick, LG and Samsung smart TVs, iPads and iPhones, Android tablets and phones, and computers. For the player, pick TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, IBO Player, XCIPTV, GSE Smart IPTV or Smart IPTV from the store built into your device.

  • Speed measured on the TV: 10 Mbps covers HD, 15 Mbps Full HD, 25 Mbps 4K, per screen
  • One supported device in the room where you watch
  • A supported player taken from that device’s own store
  • An inbox you can open the moment you pay
  • A card or PayPal account for the single Canadian-dollar charge

On legality we stay neutral: the technology is legal; whether a service is legal depends on the broadcasting rights it holds, so check before subscribing. Our explainer on whether IPTV is legal in Canada lists the questions worth asking any provider, us included.

Paying once: card, PayPal and no renewal

Checkout page for an IPTV plan with card and PayPal payment options in Canadian dollars
A single Canadian-dollar charge, by card or PayPal, that never repeats on its own.

How the payment works

At checkout you pay the full period at once, in Canadian dollars, by card or PayPal. There is no subscription to cancel later and no recurring charge waiting at the end of the month. When your period ends, your access stops unless you place a new order. That makes the cost of each plan easy to predict and easy to stop.

  • One payment per period, in Canadian dollars
  • Card or PayPal, at your choice
  • No contract and no automatic renewal
  • Access e-mail sent within minutes of payment

Use an e-mail address you can check straight away, since that is where your access arrives. If the e-mail does not appear within minutes, look in the spam or promotions folder before anything else, then contact support with your order details. Our page on paying for your IPTV subscription in Canada covers the payment steps in detail, including what to do if a payment does not go through.

How to order your IPTV subscription Canada plan

Ordering takes a few minutes. You do not need to sign a contract or speak to a sales agent.

  1. Settle on a catalogue. Use the comparison above to decide between Premium, VIP Premium and Ultimate 4K, then open that product page.
  2. Settle on a length. The product page lists each duration with today’s price; dividing by the months gives you a fair comparison.
  3. Pay once. Complete the checkout by card or PayPal, in Canadian dollars. There is no automatic renewal to cancel later.
  4. Open your inbox. Minutes later, the access e-mail lands with a server address, username and password, plus an M3U link as an alternative. Nothing there? The spam or promotions folder is the usual hiding place.
  5. Install and log in. Install a player from your device’s official app store, enter the details exactly as written and let the channel list and TV guide load.
  6. Stuck at any point? Send a message on WhatsApp or by e-mail, in either official language, any day.

What to look for in the access e-mail. Keep it somewhere safe; you will need it again for each new device.

Tip: copy and paste your username and password instead of typing them. Most login errors come from a missing character, an extra space or a confusion between a capital letter and a lowercase one. The Xtream Codes setup guide shows the fields player by player.

Your first week with a new plan

The first days are when you discover how the service fits your home. A little attention early on saves questions later, and it tells you whether the duration you picked was the right one.

  1. First evening

    Log in and tidy

Enter your details, wait for the lists to load, add favourites and check one TV guide listing against a programme you know.

  2. Second evening

    Test each room

Play a channel on each device, one at a time, at your usual hour. Note the rooms that need a better Wi-Fi signal.

  3. First weekend

    Try the on-demand library

Browse films and series, check audio and subtitle options, and hide the groups nobody at home uses.

  4. End of the week

    Decide on the next step

If you started short and everything works, you know which pack and duration to choose when the period ends.

If something does not work during that first week, the IPTV troubleshooting hub sorts the usual problems by symptom, from an app that cannot connect to a picture that freezes. And if the guide grid shows the wrong hour, the IPTV EPG guide explains the time settings for each province.

Keep a note during that week of anything that bothered you: a room where the picture paused, a player menu that felt slow, a title you could not find. Those notes are exactly what support needs to help, and they tell you whether the next period should bring a different pack, a different device or just a better spot for the router.

When your plan ends: renew, switch or stop

Because nothing renews by itself, the end of a period is a decision point rather than a surprise charge. You have three options, and none of them needs a cancellation.

Order the same plan again

Same pack, same or longer duration. Check the access e-mail of the new order in case details change.

Switch to another pack

Order the pack that suits you better, for example VIP Premium after a first period on Premium.

Change the duration

Move from a short plan to 6 or 12 months once you know the service works at home.

Simply stop

Do nothing. Access ends with the period, and nothing is charged again.

If you want to change pack before the end of your current period, contact support and the team will explain your options. When you place a new order, keep the new access e-mail and update the details in your player if they differ from the previous ones. For a full year in one order, see the 12-month IPTV subscription; for another short period, the monthly IPTV subscription.

A short reminder a few days before the end date helps, since there is no renewal e-mail pushing you to act. Put it in your phone calendar on the day you order. That way you choose calmly, rather than noticing on a Friday evening that the access has ended.

What a plan includes, and what it does not

Knowing exactly what you are buying avoids most misunderstandings. A plan is access to a catalogue for a set number of months, delivered as a login. It is not hardware, not an app and not a contract. This table sets out the boundaries clearly.

ItemPart of your planWhere it comes from instead
Access to the pack’s catalogue for the months you choseYesSent as a login by e-mail
One stream playing at a timeYesIncluded in every pack
Help with setup and problemsYesSupport by e-mail and WhatsApp, 7/7

The player appNoYour device’s official app store; any licence is set by its publisher
Extra screens playing at onceNot by defaultOn request through support, with conditions and price
Automatic renewal or a contractNoYou decide each time whether to order again

Two rows cause the most questions. The player is separate because it is made by an independent publisher: you install it yourself from your device’s store, and if it asks for a licence, the price is set on the app’s official website, not by us. Extra screens are separate because each household watches differently; rather than force everyone into a bundle, support looks at how many people in your home watch at the same hour and quotes accordingly. Everything else you need is in the access e-mail.

Internet access is the other thing a plan cannot include. The service streams over your home connection, so the speed reaching your TV decides the picture quality you can enjoy. That is why we suggest testing on the TV before choosing a pack, and why the same plan can look different in two homes.

How to judge any provider before you pay

Whether you choose us or someone else, a few objective criteria tell you a lot about an IPTV provider before you spend anything. We apply them to ourselves, and we encourage you to apply them to everyone.

CriterionWhat a clear provider showsHere

Reviews are useful too, but only if you read them with a critical eye: look for specifics about setup, support and screen rules rather than general enthusiasm or anger. Our page on IPTV Canada reviews explains how to tell a useful review from a useless one, and the guide to the best IPTV in Canada lays out the full set of criteria.

Plan-picking mistakes, and how to avoid them

Most regrets about a plan come from a handful of predictable slips. None of them is serious, since nothing renews and you can choose differently next time, but avoiding them makes the first period more satisfying.

Deep dive: buying 4K for a screen that cannot show it

The Ultimate 4K Pack shines on a 4K TV with a 4K-capable device and a connection that holds 25 Mbps for that screen. If the TV is Full HD, if the stick outputs Full HD only, or if the evening speed test falls short, the extra 4K content goes unused or stutters. Check every link first; when one is missing, the Premium or VIP Premium Pack in Full HD is the better match.

Deep dive: committing for a year before testing at home

A year in one payment is convenient once you know the service suits your home. Before that, a short period answers the practical questions: does the Wi-Fi reach the TV, does your favourite player run well on your device, does the household like the catalogue? Starting short and then moving to a longer plan costs nothing in flexibility, since there is no contract either way.

Deep dive: counting devices instead of screens playing together

People sometimes assume that installing the login on four devices requires something special. It does not: the login can sit on as many of your household’s devices as you like. What matters is how many play at the same moment. If the answer is regularly more than one, talk to support before ordering rather than discovering the rule on the first busy evening.

Choose the pack for what you watch, the duration for how sure you are, and ask about screens before the first busy evening, not after.

One last slip is worth a line: entering an e-mail address at checkout that you rarely check. Your access arrives there within minutes, and it is the e-mail you will reach for again whenever you set up a new device. Use an inbox you open every day.

Plan vocabulary in plain words

A few terms come up again and again on product pages, in the access e-mail and in support messages. Here is what each one means for your plan.

Pack
The catalogue you subscribe to: Premium, VIP Premium or Ultimate 4K.
Duration
The length of access bought in one payment: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
Cost per month
The price of a duration divided by its number of months. The fair way to compare durations.
Automatic renewal
A payment that repeats on its own. Our plans have none.
Simultaneous connection
How many streams can run at the same instant on your account: one per pack.
Xtream Codes
The three-part login: server address, username, password.
M3U link
The one-line alternative login, a playlist address included in the same e-mail.
Player licence
A fee some app publishers charge for their player, separate from your plan; check the app’s official website.

FAQ

Which pack should I choose if I am not sure?

Most households start with the Premium Pack. It has a large live line-up and a deep movie library in HD, Full HD and 4K. Choose VIP Premium if you watch a lot of series, and Ultimate 4K if you have a 4K TV, a 4K device and at least 25 Mbps for that screen.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

No. You pay once for the months you chose, and on the last day access simply stops. Placing a new order is the only way to continue, so there is never anything to cancel.

Can I watch on two TVs at the same time?

Not on a standard pack, which runs one stream at a time. Both TVs can hold the login and take turns. If your home needs two playing together, support gives you the conditions and the price on request.

Where can I see the current prices?

On each product page, in Canadian dollars, for every duration. The IPTV Canada price page explains how to compare them by dividing each price by its number of months.

How quickly do I receive my access?

Within minutes of paying, by e-mail. If it has not shown up, search the spam folder first, then message support on WhatsApp or by e-mail with your order details.

Can I switch to a different pack later?

Yes. When your current period ends, simply order the pack and duration that suit you better. If you want to change before the end of your period, contact support and the team will explain your options.

Which payment methods do you accept?

A card or PayPal. The amount is charged once, in Canadian dollars, for the whole period.

Is the player app included in my plan?

No, the player comes from your device’s own app store and is published by an independent company. If it asks for a licence, the app’s official website shows the current price.

Which duration is best for a first order?

A short duration lets you confirm that your connection, device and player work well together. Once you are happy, a longer period means fewer orders. Compare cost per month on the product pages.

Do the plans differ by province?

No. The packs, durations, rules and support are the same everywhere in Canada. Only your connection and your home layout change the experience.
