About IPTV Canada

IPTV Canada sells three subscription packs for Canadian households, used with player apps on the devices you already own.

Our approach: prices shown before you pay, one honest rule on screens, no contract and no automatic renewal.

Support answers 7 days a week by e-mail and WhatsApp, in English and French.

This page is about who we are and how we work. IPTV Canada is a subscription service built for Canadian homes, whether the conversation at the dinner table happens in English, in French or in both. We concentrate on three things: plans you can understand at a glance, rules stated honestly before you pay, and a support team you can reach every day of the week.

You will not find a founding legend here, a headcount, a list of awards or a big number of happy households. Those things are easy to write and hard to verify. Instead, this page describes what you can check for yourself: what we sell, how a subscription reaches your TV, which rules apply, how support works, what we refuse to do and what we do not promise. If that sounds like the kind of company you want to deal with, the last sections show where to go next.

About IPTV Canada in a few lines

We sell access to live channels, series and movies over your internet connection, organised in three packs. You choose a pack and a duration, pay once, and receive your login by e-mail within minutes. You then watch with a player app installed from your device’s official app store, on a smart TV, a streaming box or stick, a phone, a tablet or a computer. That is the whole model, and every other page on this site explains a part of it in more detail.

3packs to choose from
1·3·6·12month periods, one payment each
1screen playing at a time, per pack
7/7bilingual help by message

A few things are deliberately absent from that model. There is no contract to sign and nothing renews behind your back. There is no box to rent, because the devices are yours. There is no installation visit, because setup takes a few minutes with a guide. And there is no hidden screen allowance: each pack plays on one screen at a time, and we say so on every page where it matters.

We built the service around the way Canadian households actually watch. That means homes with a TV in the living room and another in the basement, bilingual families who switch languages between programmes, students in shared apartments who watch on a laptop, and grandparents who would rather have one simple remote than three. The plans, the guides and the support are all designed with those homes in mind.

What we sell: three packs, four durations

Our catalogue is short on purpose. Three packs cover the needs we hear about most, and each one can be bought for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The difference between packs is the size of the catalogue and the place of 4K in it. The difference between durations is simply how long you want access before deciding again.

Prices are not written on this page, and that is a choice rather than an omission. They are kept in one place, current and visible before you pay: see current prices on the IPTV subscription plans page. If you want a walk through what you really pay over each duration, our page on IPTV Canada price breaks it down without hidden extras.

How a subscription reaches your living room

People new to IPTV often ask what actually happens between clicking “order” and watching a channel. The path is short, and none of it requires a technician. Here it is from start to finish.

You orderPack and duration
E-mailLogin within minutes
Player appOfficial app store
Your screenTV, box, phone, PC

The login comes in one of two forms. Xtream Codes is a three-part login: a server URL, a username and a password. An M3U link is a single playlist address. Most players accept Xtream Codes, and some prefer the M3U link; our IPTV setup hub explains both, player by player. Once the login is in, the player fetches the channel list, the series, the movies and the TV guide, and you start watching.

The devices we support are the ones most Canadian homes already own: Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV boxes, the Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, and PCs. If you are not sure whether your TV is up to the job, the IPTV devices hub compares them honestly, including when an older TV is better paired with a recent stick or box.

What your connection needs, per screen playing

HD10 Mbps
Full HD15 Mbps
4K25 Mbps

The internet connection is the one part of the path we do not control, which is why we publish what it needs. These figures are per screen and they add up when more than one screen plays, for instance on request for a household with extra simultaneous screens. Measure on the television that will play, since a phone held beside the router flatters the result, and test in the evening when the street is busiest online.

The principles we work by

Every company says it is honest and customer-focused. Those words are cheap. What follows are six concrete principles, each one visible somewhere on this site, so you can check that we actually keep them.

Prices before payment

Every pack and duration shows its price on the plans page before you commit.

One rule on screens

One simultaneous connection per pack, stated on every page where it matters.

Nothing renews

One payment per period. Nothing is charged when the period closes.

Two languages

Support in English and French, replying in the language you write in.

Official stores

Players come from your device’s own app store. We never send app files.

Plain guides

Setup and troubleshooting written for households, not for technicians.

The first principle shapes how this site is written. You will notice that no guide, location page or device page carries a price. That keeps prices from drifting out of date in one corner of the site while they change in another, and it means the plans page is the single place where you see exactly what you pay.

The second principle explains why the words “one simultaneous connection” appear so often. It is the rule households misunderstand most, and the one that causes the most frustration when it is hidden in small print. We would rather repeat it a little too often than have a family discover it on a Saturday night when two TVs refuse to play together.

The last principle, plain guides, is also why our IPTV troubleshooting hub starts with two-minute checks rather than technical settings. Most problems are ordinary, and most households can fix them without writing to anyone.

Who we build this service for

Our subscribers live all over Canada, in very different homes. We do not invent case studies or quote households, but we can describe the situations we design for, and point you to the pages written for each.

A bilingual family in Montréal

Parents and children switch between English and French, and the TV guide needs to make sense for everyone.

Then: read our page on IPTV in Montreal and write to support in either language
A condo in downtown Toronto

Crowded Wi-Fi, a router in the hallway and a TV on the far wall.

Then: see IPTV in Toronto and plan a cable or a mesh point
A busy house in Brampton

Several TVs, several generations, and a need for clear rules about who watches where.

Then: read IPTV in Brampton and our multi-screen guide
A home in Calgary with a new 4K TV

A strong line and a big screen that deserves a 4K picture.

Then: compare the Ultimate 4K Pack with our 4K IPTV guide

The pages mentioned above are part of our regional section: IPTV Montreal, IPTV Toronto, IPTV Brampton and IPTV Calgary, plus province-wide pages and the IPTV across Canada hub. They do not pretend we have a shop or staff in each city, because we do not. What they offer is practical advice for the kinds of homes, networks and habits common in each place.

We also think about people who simply do not want a complicated relationship with their TV provider: someone who watches mostly in the evening, wants one payment and a clear end date, and would rather not call anyone to cancel. For them, the absence of a contract and of automatic renewal is often the main reason to choose us.

What we are about, and what we are not

A provider that promises everything ends up disappointing someone, so the limits deserve as much space as the strengths. Here is a straight list on both sides.

What we are

  • A subscription service with three packs and four durations
  • A login delivered by e-mail within minutes
  • Guides for every major device and player
  • A bilingual support team, 7 days a week
  • Straightforward about one connection per pack

What we are not

  • A publisher of player apps
  • A seller or renter of TV boxes
  • An internet provider able to speed up your line
  • A service with unlimited screens
  • A source of codes or playlists outside a paid pack

We do not promise perfect picture quality on every connection. Streaming depends on your internet line and your home network, and no provider can honestly claim otherwise. What we do is publish the speeds each quality needs and explain how to check yours, so you can choose a pack and a quality that your home can actually carry.

We do not promise that every player will be available on every device forever. App stores change their listings, and publishers update or withdraw apps. When that happens, we update our guides and help you move to another compatible player with the same login. Our IPTV apps hub lists several options for exactly that reason.

Tip: not sure which pack or which device fits your home? Write to us through the contact page before you order, list your devices and tell us how your household watches. Asking first costs nothing but a message.

Why one connection per pack

The one-connection rule deserves its own explanation, because it is the decision that most shapes how our service feels day to day. Your login can sit on every device in your home, yet only one of those devices streams at any moment. Start a second while the first is still running and the player refuses, or the earlier stream cuts out.

Install the same login on every screen in your home, then use them one at a time.

A rule you can plan around

A single, clear rule is easier to live with than a vague allowance that changes from one evening to the next. Households that know the rule organise around it naturally: the TV in the living room for family viewing, the tablet when someone else has the TV. Households that need more ask for it, and get a clear written answer.

  • Install on as many home devices as you like
  • Play on one screen at a time
  • Ask support for more screens at once

Where a family wants two or more televisions running at the same moment, extra simultaneous screens are available on request. Write through the contact form or WhatsApp, say how many screens and which devices, and our team replies with the conditions and the price. We do not publish a fixed multi-screen offer because households differ too much for one formula to be fair. Our guide to IPTV on multiple screens explains the details.

The rule also explains our firmest boundary: a login belongs to one household. Sharing it with friends or relatives in another home is not allowed. Apart from the principle, it simply does not work well in practice: two homes would be fighting over one connection, with errors and interruptions on both sides.

How we handle payment

Payment is designed to be dull, in the best sense. You choose a pack and a duration, you see the price, and you pay once in Canadian dollars by card or PayPal. That one payment covers the whole period. Nobody asks you to sign a contract, no monthly debit keeps ticking along, and the period does not renew itself.

Hand holding a card next to a laptop during an online checkout
One payment in Canadian dollars, by card or PayPal, for the whole period you choose.

What that means in practice

You never need to cancel anything. When the period ends, access stops, and you decide calmly whether to order again, switch pack or stop. Nobody will chase you to keep going. The flip side is that you should note your end date, because nothing will warn you by charging your card.

  • Card or PayPal, in Canadian dollars
  • No contract, no automatic renewal
  • Note your end date in your calendar

We never ask for card details by e-mail or WhatsApp. Payment happens only on the checkout page of this site. If anyone claiming to be IPTV Canada asks you for a card number in a message, it is not us; stop and contact us through the official contact page to check. Our page on paying for your IPTV subscription in Canada walks through checkout step by step, and the pages for the 1-month IPTV subscription and the 12-month IPTV subscription help you pick a duration.

When your period comes to an end

Because nothing renews by itself, the end of a period is a moment you control. We think that is how it should be: you decide, at your own pace, whether the service still earns its place in your evenings. Here is what that moment looks like, and what we suggest doing at each stage.

  1. The day access arrives

    Write down the end date

Put it in the family calendar with a reminder a week earlier, so the date never catches you mid-film.

  2. A week before

    Take stock

Ask the household what you actually watched. Mostly series, mostly live, mostly 4K? The answer points to the right pack.

  3. Before the last day

    Order again or change

Pick the same pack, a different one or a different duration on the plans page. New details reach you by e-mail.

  4. After the end date

    Access stops quietly

No charge, no reminder calls, no penalty. If you return later, you simply order again.

Switching pack at that point is common and straightforward. A household that started on the Premium Pack and found itself mostly watching series might move to the VIP Premium Pack. A family that bought a large 4K television during the year might try the Ultimate 4K Pack. Someone who only watches in winter might choose a shorter duration and stop for the summer. All of those are normal, and none requires an explanation to anyone.

If your new order brings new login details, enter them in your player the same way as the first time, on each device. Our Xtream Codes setup guide shows where each line goes. If you are unsure whether anything changed, write to support with your order e-mail and the team will confirm.

Our place next to the player apps

A lot of confusion around IPTV comes from mixing up the service and the app. They are separate. We provide the subscription: the channels, series, movies and TV guide, delivered through your login. The player app is the window you watch them through. Different companies publish the apps, and we are independent from all of them.

Being independent has practical consequences. We do not build the apps, so we cannot change their menus or fix their bugs. We do not sell their licences, so if a player asks you to activate one, the price and terms come from its publisher; check the current price on the app’s official website. And we never send installation files or links to unofficial copies. An app that comes from your device’s official store is updated properly and is far less likely to cause trouble.

What we can do is know these players well. Our guides explain where your login goes in each one, which settings matter for smooth playback and which player tends to suit which device. When an app changes after an update, we adjust the guide, and support can tell you what moved.

About our support team

Support is the part of our service you will remember, good or bad, so we have kept it simple. One team handles every question. You reach it through the contact form, which replies by e-mail, or through WhatsApp at +33 6 44 65 43 13. The two channels are open 7 days a week, and both feed the same queue, handled in order of arrival.

Written answers in English or French, in the order messages arrive.

How a request is handled

The team finds your order from the e-mail address you used, reads what you describe, and replies with steps written for your device and your player. If more information is needed, the reply says exactly what. Everything stays in writing, so you can come back to it later or pass it to whoever sets up the TVs in your home.

  • One team, one queue
  • Replies in the language you write in
  • Steps written for your own device

The team helps with setup, playback problems, access e-mails, plan and payment questions, device changes and requests for extra screens. It does not repair TVs or routers, cannot speed up your internet line and cannot take remote control of your devices. Those limits are spelled out on our IPTV support page, together with what to prepare before writing.

A good answer is one you can follow on your own TV, in your own language, without writing back to ask what it meant.

Help in both of Canada’s official languages

A service for Canadian homes has to work in English and in French, and not only on the surface. Our support team answers in both, and it answers in the language you choose, every day of the week. You do not have to select a language in a menu or ask for a special agent. Write in French and the reply comes in French; write in English and it comes in English.

That matters most in the moments when something is not working. Following setup steps in a second language is tiring, and following troubleshooting steps in a second language while the family waits for the game to start is worse. A reply in your own language, naming the menu items as they appear on your own screen, removes one layer of stress from an evening that already has enough.

A small habit that helps bilingual homes

Mention the language your TV or box displays when you write. A device set to French shows “Paramètres”, “Réseau” and “Mise à jour”; one set to English shows “Settings”, “Network” and “Update”. Telling us which one you see lets the team name the exact words on your screen, whatever language the conversation itself is in.

The same thinking goes into our regional pages. The IPTV Quebec page speaks to homes where French is the everyday language, and the IPTV Ontario page to homes where English usually leads but French is never far away. Neither claims anything about local equipment; both offer practical advice for the homes and networks typical of each province.

How we talk about legality

Questions about legality come up often, and many sites answer them with confident claims that turn out to be wrong. We prefer a neutral position that holds true everywhere on this site. The technology is legal; whether a service is legal depends on the broadcasting rights it holds, so check before subscribing.

About legality: IPTV is simply a way of delivering television over the internet. The technology is legal; whether a particular service is legal depends on the broadcasting rights it holds. Check before subscribing to any provider, including us.

That is also why you will not find legal advice on this site. We are not lawyers, and we do not pretend to be. Our page on is IPTV legal in Canada explains the question in plain words and suggests what to look at when judging any provider, without quoting rules we are not qualified to interpret.

A related point: we do not give advice on getting around network blocks, and we do not hand out codes or playlists outside a paid subscription. Requests of that kind receive a polite no. Keeping those boundaries is part of being a service you can rely on.

What we ask of the households we serve

A subscription is a two-way arrangement. We keep our side by delivering access, guides and support as described. In return, we ask a few simple things of every household. None of them is unusual, and all of them make the service work better for everyone.

  • Use your login within your own household, and never share it with another home.
  • Keep your access e-mail private: no screenshots in public groups or forums.
  • Play on one screen at a time, or ask support for more screens at once.
  • Install players only from your device’s official app store.
  • Write to support once per question, with the details asked for.
  • Note your end date, since nothing renews automatically.

When something goes wrong, we also ask for a little patience with the basics. Most problems turn out to be a router that needs a restart, a TV short on memory or a second screen left playing in another room. Our troubleshooting guides start there for good reason. If the basics do not help, the team is there, and your notes on what you already tried will make the reply quicker.

Things we will never do

Ask for your card number, expiry date or security code in a message. Ask for the password of your e-mail or any other service. Ask to take remote control of your computer or TV. Send you an app file to install. Sell you “lifetime access” through a private message. If anything like that happens in our name, it is not us.

Doubts people raise before subscribing

Before ordering, many households hesitate over the same few points. They are reasonable doubts, and we would rather address them openly than hope nobody asks. The answers below are the ones our team gives every day, in shorter form.

Will it work on my television? If your TV is a recent Samsung or LG smart TV, it usually runs one of the players we support. If it is older, or not a smart TV at all, a Fire TV Stick or an Android TV box plugged into an HDMI port does the job. The IPTV on Samsung and LG smart TVs page explains how to check your model.

Is my internet fast enough? Run a speed test on the TV you plan to use, in the evening. Compare it with 10 Mbps for HD, 15 Mbps for Full HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. If the result is close to the minimum, pick a lower quality in the player or move the TV closer to the router.

Deep dive: what if I am not comfortable with technology

Plenty of our subscribers are not. Setup is a matter of installing one app from the store you already use on your TV, then typing three lines from an e-mail. If you get stuck, the support team will go one step at a time, in writing, with the exact words on your screen. A relative who is handier with remotes can also do the setup once; after that, watching is just choosing a channel.

What if I change my mind halfway through? Since there is no contract and no automatic renewal, you can simply let the period run out. That is one reason some households start with a 1-month period before choosing a longer one; the 1-month IPTV subscription page discusses when that makes sense.

Can my whole family watch? Everyone in your home can use the service, on every device you own, one screen at a time. If several people want to watch different things at the same moment, ask support about extra simultaneous screens before you order, so you know the conditions in advance.

How to judge us before you pay

We would rather you check us than trust us blindly. Whatever provider you are considering, including us, a few simple tests reveal a lot. Here is the method we suggest, and how we answer each test.

  1. Look for prices before checkout. A provider should show what you pay before you hand over any details. Ours are on the plans page.
  2. Find the screen rule in writing. How many screens can play at once, and what happens if you need more. Ours is one per pack, more on request.
  3. Check how renewal works. Does the provider charge you again automatically? We do not.
  4. Send a question before you buy. Write to support with a real question about your devices and see how the reply reads.
  5. See where the apps come from. A provider pushing app files or unofficial copies is a warning sign. We point to official stores only.
  6. Read what the provider does not promise. A list of limits is a good sign. Unlimited everything is not.

Our page on IPTV Canada reviews goes further into how to read opinions about any provider, and how to tell an informative comment from a paid or invented one. The best IPTV in Canada guide applies the same thinking to choosing a service.

How we write our guides

Most of this site is made of guides, and they follow a few rules of their own. Each one is written for a household, not a technician, and each one starts with what you see on your screen rather than with theory. When a guide needs a technical word, it explains it the first time and keeps using the same word afterwards, so you never wonder whether two terms mean the same thing.

The guides also stick to what we can stand behind. They describe the devices and players we support, the speeds each quality needs, and the rules of our own service. They do not quote prices, because those live on the plans page. They do not name television channels or competitors, because our job is to explain how to watch, not to advertise anyone. And they never point to installation files or workarounds, only to official app stores and ordinary settings.

Setup guides

From the access e-mail to the first channel, for each player and each login method.

Troubleshooting

Quick checks first, then one guide per symptom: buffering, freezing, black screen, login errors.

Device pages

Smart TVs, boxes, sticks, Apple devices, phones and PCs, with honest limits for older models.

Background reading

What IPTV is, how it compares with cable and what 4K really needs at home.

If you find a guide that no longer matches what your screen shows, tell us. Apps and TV menus change after updates, and a note from a household that just went through the steps is the quickest way for us to notice. The IPTV guide hub is the best starting point for the background reading, and the IPTV vs cable page is a good first read if you are weighing a switch.

About the words we use

Throughout this site we try to use the same words for the same things. Here are the ones that appear most often when we describe how we work.

Pack
One of our three catalogues: Premium, VIP Premium or Ultimate 4K.
Duration
The period you pay for once: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
Simultaneous connection
A screen playing at a given moment. Each pack includes one.
Household
The people living in one home. A login belongs to one household.
Access e-mail
The message with your login, sent within minutes of your order.
Player app
The application you watch through, published by a company independent from us.
Official app store
The store built into your TV, box, phone or computer, the only place we recommend for players.
Deep dive: why this site never shows prices outside the plans page

A site with dozens of guides, device pages and regional pages can easily end up with an old price on one page and a new one on another. That creates confusion and, worse, can make a household feel misled at checkout. Keeping every price on the plans page and the pack pages means the number you see is always the number you pay. Every other page links there instead of repeating it.

Where to go next

Depending on where you are in your decision, one of these pages is the natural next step. If you are comparing, start with the plans. If you already subscribe, setup and troubleshooting are the most useful. If you have a question, support is one message away.

Have a question before you decide

FAQ

Who is behind IPTV Canada?

We are a subscription service for Canadian households, selling three packs used with player apps on your own devices. We prefer to be judged on what you can check: our plans, our rules and how our support answers.

What exactly do you sell?

Access to live channels, series and movies in three packs, Premium, VIP Premium and Ultimate 4K, each for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, paid once with no contract.

Do you make the player apps?

We do not. Each player belongs to its own publisher, and we are independent from all of them. Install your player from your device’s official app store, and check any licence price on the app’s official website.

Why does each pack allow only one screen at a time?

One clear rule is easier to plan around than a vague allowance. You can install the login on several devices and use them one at a time; more simultaneous screens are available on request.

Will I be charged again automatically?

No. You pay each period once, in Canadian dollars, by card or PayPal. There is no automatic renewal, so access stops at the end date until you order again.

How quickly do I get access after ordering?

Your login is sent by e-mail within minutes, as Xtream Codes details or an M3U link. If it is not in your inbox, look through the spam and promotions folders before writing.

In which languages can I reach you?

English and French, 7 days a week, through the contact form or WhatsApp. The team replies in the language you write in.

Will the picture always be perfect?

No honest provider can, because streaming depends on your connection. We publish the speeds needed per screen, 10 Mbps for HD, 15 Mbps for Full HD and 25 Mbps for 4K, so you can check yours.

Is your service legal?

The technology is legal; whether a service is legal depends on the broadcasting rights it holds, so check before subscribing to any provider, including us.

Where should I start if I am new to IPTV?

Read our guide to what IPTV is, compare the packs on the plans page, and write to support with any question about your devices before you order.
